Buying A House!!

Hey ppl, It's been long, I know.
I just hope everybody is fine and working at the same place where they were working when u read my last post!

Actually, I m hoping a lot now a days, hoping for market to recover, liquidity to easy, and myself to get married :) But actually I can't do anything about any of these.


If you talk abt the market, after a recent turmoil in financial market I guess there will be some change in the advertisements , like a master card add

There are somethings money can’t buy, For everything else there is Master Card**.

** Master Card can’t buy you houses too as we have liquidity problem.


So if you are from those lucky few who does not want master card to help you out in buying a dream home then u might go ahead and read this post, else you can always go to US and buy a house there. It is nobody’s dream over there and you will get it cheap.

On a serious note, have u ever considered buying a house? I have and in simple words, it’s really pain in the ass. There are thousand things which can go wrong and if u are lucky then only some of them will go wrong and u will become a Landlord otherwise only the lord can help you.

First of all, there has to be a real land. You can’t buy something which does not exist.Then that has to be legal, meaning it had to be approved buy the government. Like JDA if u belong to Jaipur, HUDA, NDA in case of Hyderabad and Noida respectively (yeah, I have only been to these places). And most importantly you should have a vasundhara yog( ppl say that one only buys a property if his kundali is having vasundhara yog) and interestingly only a good pandit knows about it.

So if you fulfil all the above conditions then congratulation you are eligible to own a house else as I said, you can always go to US 

PS: Congratulate me. I just fulfilled the above conditions!

Office@Home..

Hey guys...I m just here to tell u that Futures First has started a new office@Jaipur( 7th one in India) and I m too happy to share it with u guys..so finally, I will be moving to jaipur in a weeks time.
It's been long since I lived at home, I left Bhopal some 6 years back when I got into IIIT hyderabad, spent my life's 6 most crucial years there and now moving to Jaipur.

As told by steve jobs..U can only connect the dots by looking backwards, I can surely say he is all right abt it...When I see backward, I can see it all...Wat I did and how I did it...it might be nothing to some ppl and a little to other...but to me it's the first step for the life ahead...

I trade short Sterling..

Hello to all the wise ppl of the world…

I m sure no trader is reading this blog, specially short sterling trader.
So to start with ..I sud tell u, this is the product with I trade, and I m trading sterling since last 2 years, which is not important but the important thing is that I still suck at it. Daily I go to office thinking that this is the day…I m gonna do great today and obviously market proves me wrong. Some times I feel that somebody is laughing from inside of the terminal and saying “look ye aaj phir aa gaya, Aaj to bachke nahi gayega”. And here goes another 1000 pounds.
It’s like whenever I do a put a trade..a message pops up saying ..”you r screwed buddy, just live with it”.
Leave apart my losses, actually I am a gud learner. I learn very fast and I learn from my mistakes. I don’t repeat them, at least not the very next day. I take more than enough time to forget about my blunders before repeating them. I am just like Sourabh Ganguly, who knows he shouldn’t be playing a leg side ball but he does it anyway and then swings his bat, saying “ohhh fuck why did I do that” and goes to the pavilion and rests in peace. The difference is just that he does not have to play every day for 11 hours. Lucky me!!

But koi gal nahi…that’s wat I love to do…and it does tell u that there are ppl wiser then you and you are still learning, That is why I said in the beginning ..

Have u heard this song...yeah rite..song from movie jab we met, wonderful movie and wonderful song. Actually I have been listening to this song quite often recently. I don’t know why everybody (Most of the ppl I kown) loves these kinda songs. May be because this song gives you hope, that something is gonna happen, you don’t know when but u hope that it will happen soon. Other reason might be that it’s in our nature to wait, whenever we go out of options, we wait. Somebody is waiting to be happy, somebody is waiting for his love, somebody to be rich, someone is just waiting (in fact he doesn’t even know, what he is waiting for). I don’t know how much human time we have wasted in just waiting instead of doing something about our needs and wants.(yeah of course some ppl don’t even know what they want ..so they should definitely wait)
It’s so simple actually..The world can be divided in two kinda ppl, the ppl who likes to wait for everything to happen and ppl who are make it happen.
Let’s not talk about human race here…let me tell you about myself…I love this song so much that I can’t even tell you and the funny thing is that I don’t belong to any of above categories. I never waited anything to happen by itself and I could never do anything about it.

Anyway..I don’t think you guys should be reading this anymore…I don’t want you also to belong to the same group. Some wise man said ones..when one door closes another one opens, but we WAIT so much for that closed door to open that we don’t see the one which is opened for us…to sawan ke barasne ka wait mat karo..just do whatever you can rite now..other wise you won’t even remember how much time has already been gone in waiting.

The New beginning..

For those who might not know, here is a news…. My bro got married last week and we got a wonderful Bhabhi. We have been planning for this wedding since long and finally it’s over.
Off couse there were some moments when thing s were scary but as planned everything went just fine.
Lets talk abt my bhabhi first. As everybody else’s bhabhi…she is the best bhabhi in the world. I didn’t spend much time with her but I do reckon I have somebody to share my life with.
Talking abt somebody, actually last week was not only abt my bro getting married. It was much more than that…I met some ppl with whom I hardly spent time in last 5-6 years and to tell u the truth it was worth every penny in the world. We not only had great time together but also we got to know how life has changed in recent years. We discussed love, lust, sorrow, grief and every possible thing. I could say these were best six days in last six years. It was not only the past which came across but who knows…..it might be the base to my future too…the future I always wanted.

I have a Problem..

(Three post in a row!!! dont worry wrote it long back just posting it now..)
I have a problem!!!
Yeah! U heard me correctly. I have a problem!
First thing you do about any problem is to realize that you have one at the first place and that I have done but before I start explaining it I need to clear that the problem is not in the sense US of A people take it( which wouldn’t be the case here anyway because nobody from US is reading this blog). I don’t take drugs and off course I m not going crazy about anything. It’s just one thing which is bothering me since ages, that is I talk too much. Literally speaking, if I don’t do anything about it right now then I will have to face serious consequences later.
It’s not that I get to know about this problem recently, it’s just that it has seems more of everlasting problem now.
There have been quite no. of incidence where I should have spoken little less to gain more. One was in my vaishno devi yatra, where I was about to go over bound with one of my colleagues and another was at home in some discussion.
As far as I remember there had been some people who told me that I have to improve on this part and I knew at that time also that they were right but unfortunately I didn’t do anything about it.
So starting today I have decided to become more careful about everything I speak.
One wise man had said that animals get into trouble because they can’t speak and humans because they do.

I m back..

Hey ppl..how u doing? I know it’s been long time since I blogged but I guess now I sud start writing again. It’s not because I have lots of things to write abt but because I just want to write.
So wat has happened in last 2 years?
A lot I guess. Let’s start with my job. As u know that I started this blog when I got this job so lets restart it with the same topic.
To tell u the truth, I am actually doing quite gud. Have earned some money in last 1 year, very happy with the work as I guess I enjoy doing every part of it, let it be trading, presenting or taking interviews.
Some of u who don’t know me and some who know me but not reading this blog will be happy to know that Futures First is opening a office in Jaipur, which will start around june some time and I am dying to shift there. After a long time I will get home made food...Thanks to the management..who listen to traders..:)
